Everyone has the right to say "stop!"

Stop ... yelling at me.

Stop ... putting me down.

Stop … ignoring me.

Stop … making fun of me.

Stop … comparing me to other people.

Stop … trying to control everything about me.

Stop … telling me what to think.

Stop … telling me to shut up.

Stop … lying to me.

Stop … using me.

Stop … pretending there’s nothing wrong with the way you treat me.

Stop … telling me everybody lives this way.

Stop … pitting me against other people.

Stop … making me feel I only matter when I make you happy.

Stop with the secrets.

Just Stop.

It’s not right.

I deserve to be happy.
